Joana Lerche is a skilled massage therapist and esthetician known for her dedication to holistic well-being. She specializes in lymphatic drainage, skincare, and post-operative care, with a focus on supporting surgical recovery and managing conditions like lipedema. Her techniques help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and enhance the body’s natural healing process.
Eliana Chan, a licensed esthetician with a background in business management, is a skincare, lymphatic drainage, and body sculpting specialist. Her personalized approach focuses on improving skin health, enhancing body contour, and supporting the body’s natural recovery systems.
Together, Eliana and Joana founded No Filter to deliver thoughtful, effective beauty and wellness experiences—and to empower other professionals to raise the standard of care in the industry.

Dr. Reuben Lakshmanan, better known as Dr. Reuben by those whom he serves, is a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician. In 2014, he graduated from Loma Linda University, School of Medicine and went on to complete a challenging Emergency Medicine residency program at the University of Arizona, South Campus in 2017. Since that time, Dr. Reuben has worked primarily in Emergency Medicine departments in southern California as well as served our country’s veterans as a disability examiner. A deep interest in healing on multiple levels gave way to a desire to explore restorative and patient-centered care outside of the Emergency Departments, and ultimately to a rewarding career in Aesthetics. Dr. Reuben is focused on helping you safely meet your personal goals while working alongside our committed team.
